By means of Regulation no. 1336/2013 the European Commission has, on 13 December 2013 determined the new thresholds for European notification. These will apply as from 1 January 2014. The amounts listed below are VAT excluded.

The new threshold sector apply to all tenders published on or after 1 January 2014, or in the absence of publication, for which an invitation to tender or candidature is sent on or after 1 January 2014. The former thresholds will therefore continue to apply up to and including 31 December 2013.
